Dispatch of Mr. MORI Eisuke, Special Envoy of the Prime Minister of Japan, to the State of Kuwait

1. From December 17th to 20th, Mr. MORI Eisuke, a member of the House of Representatives of Japan and Chairman of the Japan-Kuwait Parliamentary Friendship Association, is visiting the State of Kuwait to extend condolences on the passing of His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Amir of the State of Kuwait, as a Special Envoy of Prime Minister KISHIDA Fumio.
 

2. On December 18th, Special Envoy Mori paid a condolence call on behalf of the Government and the people of Japan and extended our condolences to H.H. Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Amir of the State of Kuwait. In response, H.H. Sheikh Mishal expressed his gratitude to the condolences from His Majesty the Emperor, Prime Minister Kishida Fumio and the People of Japan and stated that the relationship between Japan and the Kuwait is important and that he would like to further develop the bilateral relationship.
